The Practice Room
Waiting List

After many years of making videos, teaching and hearing from so many that comment on videos, email me and respond to these Monday Music Tips, a trend has started to emerge…more and more piano learners are doing it self taught. Watching videos, practicing in isolation, with nobody to ask questions (other than AI), share progress with, or get honest feedback from.

I'm thinking about doing something to try change that.

I'm considering launching a community called The Practice Room (that’s a working title, but I thought it was cool). It would be a community for piano learners who want to go deeper than YouTube videos alone. Here's the structure I'm currently thinking to include:

  • Monthly live Q&A sessions where you can ask me anything about your playing

  • A place to share your progress, videos and get feedback from me and other learners when you need it

  • Direct access to ask questions between videos

  • A community of people at various stages of learning who actually get what you're going through

  • Perhaps some extra tips, posts, video responses etc.

Before I build anything I want to know if this is something that you actually want. If it sounds interesting, join the waiting list below and there's an optional question where you can tell me what you'd most want from something like this.

No commitment, no pressure, just letting me know you're interested helps me understand whether this is something worth building and has enough interest.
